Sadama 28 is a great place to stay both for those who enjoy luxurious experiences and those who are searching for some small-town peace and quiet. The house is located on an old islet in Haapsalu, in a heritage conservation area and built-up area of cultural and environmental value. As the building is situated right on the seashore, you can explore the untouched beaches of Estonia both from land and sea.
The house is right at the beginning of Haapsalu’s famous seafront promenade and in the close vicinity of the yacht harbour—the perfect location for taking romantic strolls in the evening and observing the yachts gliding into the harbour. The picturesque old town with its cosy restaurants and historical bishop’s castle is quite close as well.
The residents have close access to everything Haapsalu, the capital of Estonian Swedes, has to offer: swimming facilities, cafes, libraries, shops, schools, kindergartens and all manner of other things. In addition to being comfortable, beautiful and peaceful, Haapsalu is one of the safest regions in Estonia, being ideally suited for taking a vacation, rearing children and enjoying one’s old age.
You can leave your boat to Marina and take dinghy to your home pier just under 1 minute.
